Important Dates for Subscription Members

Immediately after signing up Your payment method is charged for your specific subscription and your first box is shipped within two weeks
5th of the month Going forward, if you are on a monthly subscription, your card will be charged for the monthly subscription, shipping and applicable taxes

What’s included in the “Join Free” option?

If you are not ready to jump in and subscribe to our subscription boxes, but you still want your life & home to be brightened, you can sign up to get access to discounted rates in our Makers Marketplace. This is an online market where we have curated uniquely designed, and/or handcrafted goods from Makers around the world. You are able to receive at least 10% off the Maker’s suggested retail prices and several of these items are exclusively made for Eclectic Box Goods.

Who & What are “Makers”?

“Makers” are people who make something. We define “Makers” as creatives, artisans, and anyone who uniquely designs and/or handcrafts items. These Makers are passionate about creating and are helping us “Brighten Your Life & Home” by providing us beautiful artistic options to curate from!

When will I receive my goods?

Subscription boxes: Your 1st box ships within two weeks after signing up.  All subsequent boxes will ship by the 16th of every month.

Makers Marketplace: All products will be shipped within a few days of ordering.

What’s included in the subscription boxes?

Each month you will receive 2-10 curated goods from Makers anywhere in the world. We have themed boxes & specially curated boxes. We don’t give you a preview of the box as we want you to be delighted & surprised! You will get a notification soon after shipping with the Maker’s contact information & stories.

What kind of goods are typical to receive?

Each box is specially curated on a theme or selection. Goods received vary on a monthly basis. Items included are uniquely designed and/or handcrafted by Makers around the world. These can be a mix of vintage & modern, eclectic, crafted via re-purposing etc.

What are the payment options?

We accept a variety of payments listed at the bottom of our site.

We do not accept cash, money orders or checks.

All Eclectic Box Goods subscription purchases and products are final sale and nonrefundable.

Exchanges:

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at beehappy@eclecticboxgoods.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

Our policy is 20 days for exchange for broken items only, since your item/good was shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and/or maker.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only to the US. We are exploring the possibilities of shipping internationally and will let you know if/when that happens.

Can you tell me more about shipping?

Subscriptions: Your first box ships within 2 weeks. Your subsequent boxes will be shipped by the 16th of the following month.

If you are an annual box subscriber, your shipping fees are included in the $699 (plus applicable taxes) pricing.

If you are a monthly box subscriber, you will be responsible to pay shipping in addition to your $67.99 + applicable taxes.

Currently, we use USPS & UPS for our shipping options. You can choose which rate/ shipping time works best with your needs.

When will I be billed?

Subscriptions:

For Monthly Subscriptions, your first box will be charged at time of purchase ($67.99 + shipping & applicable taxes). All additional recurring payments for the Monthly Subscription are processed on the 5th of every month.

Monthly Subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the then current monthly subscription rate, unless you request to cancel. Any requests for Monthly Subscription cancellations must be received by the last day of the month before your monthly subscription end date.

Annual Subscription members will be charged $699 plus applicable taxes at the time of sign-up. All subscriptions are auto-recurring until you cancel. Annual Subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the then annual subscription rate, unless you request to cancel. Any requests for Annual Subscription cancellations must be received by the last day of the month before your annual subscription end date.

Makers Marketplace Goods:

If you are purchasing individual items from our Makers Marketplace, you will be immediately charged for the item, shipping and applicable taxes.

Is your website secure?

You bet!  Our service provider follows all PCI-DSS requirements and implements additional generally accepted industry standards. That means that your privacy is very important to us. To get a full disclosure, please review our Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions:

Annual: If you choose to cancel your annual subscription, you may do so at any time. No refunds will be issued & you will receive the remaining boxes you have prepaid in your annual subscription (for a total of 12 boxes), one monthly, until your annual subscription expires.  

Annual subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the annual subscription rate, unless you request to cancel. Any requests for annual subscription cancellations must be received by the last day of the month before your annual subscription end date.

Monthly: If you choose to cancel your monthly subscription, you may do so at any time. No refunds will be issued & you will receive the remaining boxes you have prepaid in your monthly subscription, until your monthly subscription expires.

You can cancel at any time (please see additional details in our Subscription Terms) by logging into your account and cancelling or contacting our customer service at beehappy@eclecticboxgoods.com.

How do I update my billing and shipping details?

You can update your account information by logging into your membership account on the website, and clicking under account details. It will give you the option to edit your addresses listed on file.
